Access Record (access.orvel.dev) is published by Orvel. The publisher identity (SIREN, SIRET, RCS, publication director, hosting) is on the studio legal notice.
Intellectual property
The Access Record name, logo, interface and copy belong to Orvel. Audit reports and accessibility statements generated for a customer belong to that customer, who may reproduce and publish them freely. The axe-core test engine is published by Deque Systems under the MPL 2.0 licence.
Nature of the service
Access Record produces an automated accessibility audit and a compliance file. Automated testing covers only part of the WCAG / EN 301 549 criteria. It is neither a certified conformance audit nor legal advice. Responsibility for a website’s compliance remains with its operator.
