Terms of service
Last updated:
1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the Access Record service, published by Antoine LE BORGNE (Entrepreneur individuel, trading as Orvel), by any business customer (“the Customer”). The service is for professional use and is not intended for consumers. Publisher identity: studio legal notice.
2. The service
Access Record crawls the public pages of a website registered by the Customer, runs automated accessibility tests (axe-core), maps the results to WCAG 2.1 AA, EN 301 549 and RGAA 4.1 criteria, and generates a publishable accessibility statement in French and English.
The Customer warrants that it operates the registered website or is authorised to have it audited. Crawling is rate-limited and restricted to public pages. The Agency plan allows auditing third-party public websites for prospecting; shared reports name the Customer as their author, and a website’s accessibility statement remains published by its operator from their own workspace.
3. Plans and prices
- Trial: one free scan of 25 pages, no card required.
- Single shop: €39 per month excl. VAT, one site, up to 500 pages per scan, weekly re-scan.
- Plus: €89 per month excl. VAT, up to 2000 pages per scan, weekly re-scan.
- Agency: €79 per month excl. VAT, 100 scans per calendar month of 25 pages each, on any public domain, shareable reports. Unused quota does not roll over.
Prices are exclusive of tax. VAT is not applicable (TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI, franchise in base). Payment is by card through Stripe when the subscription starts and on each monthly renewal. Invoices are available in the customer portal.
4. Term and cancellation
Subscriptions are monthly, without commitment, and renew automatically. The Customer may cancel at any time from the customer portal; paid features remain available until the end of the period already paid. Started periods are not refunded.
5. Obligations and limitations
Automated testing detects only part of accessibility failures (roughly a third of the criteria). Access Record does not guarantee the Customer’s website compliance, nor the absence of penalties or claims. The generated statement is published under the Customer’s responsibility; a manual audit is required before claiming full conformance.
Orvel uses reasonable efforts to keep the service available, without a service level guarantee. Orvel’s liability is capped at the amount paid by the Customer over the previous twelve months.
6. Data
Audit results belong to the Customer. Personal data handling is described in the privacy policy. When an account is closed, data is deleted within three months, save for accounting obligations.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the courts of Antoine LE BORGNE’s registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.
